Where's my download?

You have three ways to get your files right after purchase.

First, the order confirmation page — click "Download Item" right there before leaving the page.
Second, you'll receive an "Order is Ready" email from JG BeatsLab with a direct download link.
Third, you'll receive an "Order Confirmed" email with a "View Your Order" button that takes you back to your download page. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the emails.

Important: Many customers place orders using a different email address than they normally check — an old PayPal address, a work email, or a secondary account. If you can't find your confirmation email, check all of your email addresses before contacting support.

My download link expired

Download links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, just click it anyway — Squarespace will automatically send you a fresh email with a new link. No need to repurchase.

I didn't get my email

Check your spam and promotions folders first. Some email providers (especially Comcast, Yahoo, and older ISPs) may block automated emails. Also check any secondary email addresses you may have used at checkout — orders are sent to the email address entered during purchase, which may not be your primary inbox. If you still can't find them, email josh@jgbeatslab.com with your order number and I'll resend everything manually.

How do I access the 3-Song Sprint course?

After purchasing the 3-Song Sprint, you'll receive a welcome email with a LOG IN button. Click it to access your course at jgbeatslab.com/the-3-song-sprint. You'll need to verify your account on first login — check your inbox for the verification email.

Once you're in, start with Session 1: The Identity Session and work through the sessions in order. Each session builds on the one before it. Your worksheets and cheat sheets are downloadable inside each session.

To return to your course anytime, go to jgbeatslab.com/the-3-song-sprint and log in with the account you created at checkout.

How do I access Red Lab Access?

Red Lab Access members receive an Access Key PDF with your download. The PDF contains your private URL and password. New content drops every other Wednesday — you'll receive an email announcement when new items are added.

How do I access Fader?

Fader is your AI Studio Manager, included free with every purchase. Your download includes a separate PDF with Fader access instructions — look for it in your zip file alongside your book files. 3-Song Sprint students: your Fader access link is inside the course materials. Fader can help with prompts, lyrics, production decisions, and workflow questions across Suno, Mureka, and ElevenLabs.

Can I get a refund?

If you're not satisfied, email josh@jgbeatslab.com and I'll make it right. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
